Sales

The guide is sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record; Lemon Squeezy's terms and refund process apply to payment, and our own 14-day refund promise applies on top: reply to your receipt within 14 days. The dossier review is not sold through this page yet: you apply, and if the review can be delivered before your appointment you receive a payment link (Stripe) by email within 24 hours; nothing is charged before that. Before the first review is paid, this page will publish the full terms of sale for the service: price, delivery, how the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to a service you ask us to start at once, the legal guarantee of conformity, the named consumer mediator and the applicable law. Our refund commitments: 14 days for the guide; full refund of the review if we cannot handle your case or deliver on time.
